How We Work
The vetted contractor network model
Rather than carrying a fixed in-house team for every trade, we maintain a managed network of specialists. That gives you the right person for the job — a commercial gas engineer for the boiler, a joiner for the fire doors — without paying for capacity you do not use.
- Qualifications and trade certifications verified before a contractor joins the network
- Public liability and employers' liability insurance checked and monitored for expiry
- DBS checks held where contractors attend schools, healthcare or occupied homes
- Method statements and risk assessments requested for higher-risk works
- Performance reviewed job by job — poor workmanship removes a contractor from the network
